I am a Realtor, and the Team Lead of Guzza Home Team. My team and I look forward to providing you with the BEST Real Estate service in Ohio! I was raised in Bexley, OH and currently reside in Central Eastmoor. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Miami University. I obtained my Real Estate license in February of 2014 and have been effortlessly navigating the Columbus market ever since then! I eat, live, and breathe Real Estate and I LOVE what I do! I specialize in all forms of Real Estate: Buying, selling, condos, lake homes, vacant land, farm land, flipping opportunities, rentals, downsizing, upsizing, land contracts, new builds, online auctions, and vacation homes. I have personally flipped multiple homes and am very much involved in that side of the real estate world.
